About the Author

Adeline Lynn Quek is an educator, and in particular, she has worked with children with various disabilities, from autism to hearing impairment. She believes that the purpose of being alive is to master the art of peaceful living.

In this, her first book, Adeline introduces young readers to some facts about hearing aids and ways to protect hearing.

About the Illustrator

Lee Kowling is a freelance designer and illustrator with several children’s titles under her belt. Many of these are adopted by the Ministry of Education for teaching kindergarten children. She is also an Art Instructor and has taken part in several art exhibitions.
