My feelings are growing bigger, BIGGER, BIGGER!

About

A scary thing happens! How does a young boy deal with his feelings? Who can help and what can he do?

Written for children developmentally aged 3 to 6, this story shows common stress reactions that may arise from a stressful event: big emotions such as anger, fear and sadness, things that can be done to manage these emotions, including seeking help from supportive adults.

This book also comes with a guide and online video, with practical tips to support young children emotionally, and additional information on how the book can be used with young children.

Written by the Psychosocial Trauma Support Service (PTSS) at KKH, with special contributions from the preschool team members: Jean, Jemi, Karen, Yiling and Zheng Fen. And drawn by Eisner-nominated comic artist Andrew Tan.
