Our Work
Project Management
We establish a workflow and project timeline, overseeing permissions, content, design and production. Our team is experienced in aligning the work of collaborators with stakeholder needs.
Manuscript Development
Work with a writer or editor to develop a manuscript, build up subject knowledge and find your writing voice. We incubate and nurse your book idea into a full manuscript.
Editorial
A professional editor refines your work so it will speak to your target readers: proofreading, copyediting and developmental editing.
Design and layout
A designer will create a cover and layout based on your concept, establishing a visual language with typesetting and graphics for inside pages. If required, illustrations can be created for your publication.
Print management
With quality finishing and print-on-demand services, we cater to your needs throughout the printing process, and ensure the successful production of your physical book.
E-book production
Reach the world, create an e-book in e-pub format.

FAQ

How can I get a quote?
The cost of a publishing project varies depending on your needs. Kindly consider these aspects before you write to us, and furnish us with as much information as you can:
Scope: what services do you need?
Timeline: when is the launch?
Budget: how will the project be funded, and what is the allocated budget?
Objectives: is this a personal project, or meant for wider circulation?
May I have my manuscript evaluated?
Pagesetters is a commercial publisher focused primarily on managing commissioned works. Were you intending to make a manuscript submission to our Ethos Books imprint?
Note: As the Ethos Team receives a high volume of submissions, they are not able to evaluate every single one. Please allow them 5-10 working days to read your cover letter and other pitch materials and they will follow up with you.
Working on a tight timeline or self-publishing? You’re in the right place!
How long does it take to go from page to print?
A typical publishing project will take about six months. If the manuscript is in a close to finalised state, this timeline can be shorter.
There is a sense of finality in publishing a book, hence many authors and editors spend a lot of time checking and re-working their manuscript.
Sometimes, a book is a baby that does not want to be born — this is where we come in to deliver.
